Help with Ordering your Garden Goals
We aim to dispatch your garden goals as quickly as possible and normally use a next day carrier, however delivery is out of our control when it leaves our premises and we are in the hands of the chosen courier. Plastic garden goals are usually, but not always in stock and can be dispatched quickly. Aluminum and steel goalposts are made to order and delivery times can vary depending on the time of year. Please allow time for the processing of your order. If you have an urgent request for delivery please contact the office to ensure we can meet your deadlines as if it is not possible we will instruct you accordingly.

At this stage you can add you delivery address to check the delivery charge.
If you intend to collect from our address we accept payment by cheque, cash, cards or bank transfers; we do not accept Paypal payments when personally collecting goods from our business address due to Paypal terms and conditions.
If you are buying multiple items click on ‘CONTINUE SHOPPING ‘ or alternatively click on ‘CHECK OUT’
All you need to do now is follow the instructions. Follow the instruction entering your address. telephone number and card details where appropriate. You can pay by various methods which are explained. You can pay using credit/debit cards, Paypal if you are based within the UK mainland. All overseas orders are to be paid by bank transfer only- please call the office on -0114 2424244.
Once you have completed your order you will receive an acknowledgment of the order sent to the email address you provided. Our Terms and conditions of contract can be viewed and printed directly from our website see the link at the bottom of the page.
If you believe you have made errors in your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org or if you have an urgent delivery requirement ie a birthday please call us on 0114 2424244 so we can make arrangements. Please note all our prices include VAT – V.A.T. Number GB 533 9928 12.
Your right to cancel your order?
The following is for guidance only and does not affect the Company Terms and Conditions. We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a refund. Any transit damages, shortages or problems must be notified within 48 hours. Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge to return the item to us and also the cost of us delivering the item to you initially. We may be able to arrange a collection; call our offices so we can advise you the costs or you can arrange return delivery which must be signed for. All items must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued so that we can check the garden goals are in a resalable condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back from you. This does not affect your statutory rights. For further information please see our full Company Terms and Conditions. How much is the carriage for your garden goal?
Please note carriage may be free on certain garden goals and the carriage will display as zero when checking out. You can work out the cost of carriage for any product or combination of products on our web site. At the bottom of the product page there is a button ‘ADD TO CART’ select this and scroll to the top of the page and press ‘SHOPPING CART’. This will display the price of the goods, now on the left hand side select the method of carriage for example, ‘Next Day’. The carriage charge will be displayed and you can make an informed decision before buying your garden goals.
If you wish to add to the order and check carriage again press ‘CONTINUE SHOPPING’ . Select the other products you are interested in, return to the ‘SHOPPING CART’ and press ‘UPDATE CART’. You can also ‘REMOVE’ garden goals and then press ‘UPDATE CART’ and your accurate carriage costs will be displayed.
How much is the carriage oversees ?
Due to the variations in worldwide shipping the company reserves the right to contact you subsequent to an order being placed or dispatched and advise the accurate cost of carriage and requesting additional shipping costs if applicable. Please contact the office for up to date delivery prices to the Republic of Ireland.
